Tribunal date pip was created by Justmehere
Hi

I was told the average wait time is 33 weeks but could be longer.

I can write to the judge to try and get it heard, do you know what their criteria is for it being heard?

My care coordinator is happy to write to them to explain the delays and lack of a date is having a big impact on my mental health.

Thanks

Understand that you won't be the only one doing this.

There are two primary reasons why the Tribunal Service will prioritise an appeal, severe financial distress and a significant risk of harm.

In both cases you may need to provide evidence to support what you are saying.

Involving your MP may help but as this is a legal process they may refuse to help.
