Reading report it looks like only 10 points have been received. Then it says appropriate to review in two years.. as 10 points is not enough to get anything why would they review.
Confused.

Ten points is sufficient for a Standard award of PIP.

Assessors follow a script for completing the report, one of the fields that has to be completed is the prognosis even if they are not recommending an award, a Decision Maker may disagree with their recommendation and still make one.

DLA Higher care and low mobility to nothing after home assessment. Everybody's nightmare.
The DM chose not to make an award at all. I have asked for a mandatory reconsideration.
I have made a Complaint to IAS about the assessor and I have written to my MP.
I think that is all I can do for now. Is it possible there is something else i have missed.
Nothing to lose

You first you need to understand why you did not receive an award, some of this will be down to the assessment report but almost certainly some of it will be down to how you have described your problems.

The problems I see on the forum are;

- failing to describe your problems in sufficient detail
- failing to understand the criteria you are being assessed against
- re-interpreting the criteria
- failing to include information about reliability and on the majority of days
- not using the correct terminology

I would start by going back through your PIP2, the Claim guide and the assessment report to see if you can re-present your problems with each activity more effectively.
