pip tribunal appeal.

Hi, im at the stage where everything has been submitted to to tribunal court, They have recieved everything they need including help from my MP, He wrote a very supporting letter after looking through all my docs notes and evidence to support my case, Today a message was left on my answer phone to call pip to answer some questions reguarding my appeal, i never got the message untill there offices were closed but im confused as to why they would be contacting me now ? after they already reduced my pip and knocked me back, ive read somewhere that they try do deals with people ? id just like any advice on what might be going on, manythanks.
