I need some advice when I send my PIP form in I will be sending in a letter from my GP a letter from a mental health charity a letter from my sister who is 14 years older than me a letter from my vicar a letter from the care agency I have and a letter from another person who attends my church should I send a copy of a psychological assessment I had in 2009 and also I will be sending the care plan I get when I go to a specialised clinic I go to at my gp surgery

If you can show that the report from 2009 is still relevant to your conditions as they are now? If you can then send it.

do you think I should send the other evidence in from my gp care plan from specialised clinic at gp surgery letter from care agency letter from my vicar as he has seen how my mobility affects me my older sister mental health charity and another person who attends my church

You said you were sending the letters with your PIP2 that's why I did not comment on them but I can if you want.

So to be effective they need to address your problems with completing the PIP activities, the closer the person is to you, the more often they see you then the more likely they are to carry weight.

If you think that they will help your claim then submit them, it's up to you what evidence you supply.

The report from 2009 is now considered old, so for it to have any weight you must show that it is still a reasonable representation of your conditions as they are now, so the same diagnosis and effected to the same extent.
