Could someone please explained to me, which guides our best to use for a DLA to Pip transfer. Also, am I right will the whole forum and benefits with system be closing down until September. As of this evening or would I still be able to access help here if needed during the month of August and early's September.?

You need to read our PIP Claim guide

There are no cuurent plans to close the forum, it is just the newsletter that won't be produced.
