Advice for PIP form was created by Carly
Hi
We are slowly filling out my pip form and I am having o get family to write it up as I cant use the pen. I have a lot of additional info for q15 and have filled the blank boxes section and now need to add additional paper for the rest - does anyone know if I can attach printed answers as an attachment rather than write it out here? Thanks

It is perfectly OK for you to type your answers and attach them as extra pages to the PIP2, just make sure that each page has your full name and NIN at the top and that they are numbered, we recommend "page X of Y" so that it is easy to see if pages are missing. Make sure you clearly mark on the form where your answers are and on the relevant page that you are answering question X.
Attach the pages to the back of the PIP2 using a staple or make a hole in the top left corner and use a treasury tag, string or ribbon to the form. The pages need to be easily detached so that they can be scanned by the DWP.

Thanks Gordon thats really helpful.
Somy answers are lower than most of the boxes allowed so I've carried over to the q15 additional info page as stated. Ive just put (continued on q15) and then written each question number again as I fill the remainder. Hopefully this is ok.
And then I will attach a typed form explaining my condition on more details after this and will number as you say. I was going to avoid stapling and do something more secure but if they undo them anyway I will just have to trust they dont lose.
Thanks
