Pip review

I had my pip review assessment on the 29th may and still have no decision !! My husband has rang the dwp 5 times in last few weeks about this and they say the same thing everytime , ( it's still being looked at by the case manager ) , I don't understand why it's taking so long for the decision when they have all the supporting evidence and they received the hp assessment report on the 1st June ? , It's really stressful waiting for weeks on end for a Decision , especially as the assessor told me it should take 2to 4 wks ? . Is anybody else experiencing the same delay as me ?

3 weeks after my husbands assessment he received a letter saying ' we now have the information we need to decide if we can award PIP and theres no need to contact us, we will write when we have made a decision' ....Its now 4 weeks since his assessment and the dreaded envelope still hasnt arrived yet we were told we would know within 4 weeks and to phone if we hadnt heard anything! His assessment was cancelled by them (half an hour before we were leaving the house to go to it) and changed to another date and they then cancelled the re-arranged appointment to a different time of the day that we attended. Very stressful
