None of the benefits you mention are means tested, however, ESA(CB) is effected by pension income.

There is an £85/week disregard for the pension followed by a £1/week deduction for every £2 of pension in excess of the £85.

thank you Gordon, the miners pension was reported to the dwp, and seems ok, but what happens if a windfall in excess of £16,000-00 should come a persons way, is it law that this should to be reported if you are on non means tested benefits.

Providing you are not receiving any Income Related benefits then your savings and assets do affect your benefits and you do not need to declare any changes.
