is it legal to base a whole assessment on passing 6 msk tests
‘slowly and with difficulty’ to quote the Assessor.
I failed the other 6.

Plus informal assessment - getting out of my chair with extreme difficulty, using a stick briefly, turning pages, gesticulation.

All other evidence was misquoted or ignored.

What about

being able to do things repeatedly, reliably and safely (not just once and either fully supported in an armchair or leaning on a quad stick as in the test)

Variations in condition
Cumulative effect
Symptoms caused at the
time and later
The effect on being able to
carry out other activities relevant to claim?

Anything else to consider?

The assessment report will have considered a number of things, the MSK will just be one of the these,

Have you had a Decision on your claim yet?
