Rights to UC,ESA,PIP... was created by Vuki666
Hello everyone,
I am an EU citizen who lives since 2014 legally in the UK. At the end of January, I stopped working for a health condition that I have been suffering for many years (anxiety, depression, post traumatic disorder ...) in March I applied for UC with my partner. I was rejected failed habitual residency test, MCdone and they let me know i should registred with job centre immediatley after stop working.
I went to job centre but told me that there was only UC, I was very sick and I could not apply before middle of March. My partner is a non EU who has all the regular papers and works. I sent doctor letters and sick notes but it was ignored.
I sent the appeal more than two months ago and with the tribunal say DWP did not respond. I called the helpline UC just said that my appeal update was 20/06/18 and that I should not seek a benefit because I work 8 hours a week and my partner is full time employed. I am still unwell but better off on therapy, but I'm not able to do full time.
I tried to apply ESA several times and did not allow me. HMRC says I have enough contributions, because in order to get it, DWP did not acknowledge anything, not even credits.
I applied for PIP and received a letter of confirmation about the application and after 6/7 weeks to award me 0 because I did not send them any support documents. They told me they would send me a questionnaire about the health I never received. Law Center takes us through the case but is in hard contact with them.
DWP left me without any income, making lough of my health.
If you have any suggestions I would appreciate which way I could go.
Thank you in advance

I'm afraid this is not an area of benefits that we advise on, I would get face to face advice at your local CAB or Welfare Rights office, do an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county.

If this was the only reason you joined the site then I would contact the site owner for a refund of your joining fee.
