Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

I'm afraid you can only score points for your problems with completing each of the PIP activities. See our PIP Claim guide for more details.

If you have further questions then please reply to this post and we will do our best to help.

Hi . I have letters to take to my review of my cpn ie care plan for my ptsd and body dysmorfic dissorder which r what i was awarded pip in the first place . Would it be worth my while taking a letter off my consultant stating i have a very complex fistula . Do they have to take this in to account as it is not on my pip form .

Providing you provide the information before or at the assessment then it should be considered as part of your review.

Take a copy of the letter to the assessment and ask the assessor to read it and include it in his file before they start the interview, I would also send a copy to the DWP office dealing with your claim with a covering letter explaining what it is.

Remember, evidence is really only of value if you relate it to the PIP activities, those assessing you lack imagination and will not necessarily link the letter to your problems.
