Can we just ask for the mobility to be looked at as we are only on 13 points for daily living and dont really want to risk this.From a legal point are you meant to be able to stand on one leg as this is impossable for my wife.

You can at appeal but the DWP will always review both components.
No, the test is stand and move (walk) nothing more.

As my wife was awarded 4 points for mobility if her mobility gets worse for emample next 6 9 12 month how do we stand and what would be the course of action with the dwp she is due to be looked at again towards the end of 2021

First, any change has to have been in place for three months before a revised award can be made.
Second, make sure that you understand the criteria required for a higher award, you don't want to report a change only to find that she does not meet the criteria to score the extra points needed.
Lastly, if you report a change then understand that it will result in a full review of the claim, a new PIP2 and almost certainly a face to face assessment. The new Decision that will result will supersede her existing award, whatever it is.
You would need to write to the DWP office dealing with her claim, explaining that her conditions have worsened. I would send the letter by a tracked post so that you have proof of delivery.
