Access to GP's Report to IAS was created by Andyb53
Hi everyone. I have been on enhanced rate mobility for 8 years as I can barely walk and NEVER without pain. I consider a "good day" to have 4/5 out of 10 pain in my lower body! I have my first ever face to face assessment in a weeks time. My question is do I have a right to see the report my GP supplies? (if indeed they supply one) I ask because for the past 3 years the GP's at my surgery have constantly changed and quite literally I have never seen the same on twice so am a little concerned at the accuracy of any report.
What are my rights to see the report/?? Any help advice mus=ch appreciated.

It's unlikely that your GP will be contacted, see

www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/news/3721-huge...pip-medical-evidence

but if they are then you should be able to get a copy of the letter/report from your GP surgery.
