Will I continue to get my SDP or do I have to wait until the new regulations come into effect after the recent case in the High Court?

The current UC legislation does not allow the payment of SD Premium, there are draft Regulations which will, they are currently available for review, it's not clear at this time whether they will be amended or not and how, they will then need to be presented to Parliament.

Best guess is that it is going to be another couple of months.
