won my appeal but... was created by mf5405
won my appeal and was put on work related activities.

I made a number of mistakes because I was exhausted and unfortunately I was by myself:

1. Did not explain things in detail.

2. At the end of the interview I was asked if I could do the list of "Soft skills" in the WRAG.

I glanced at a couple of the items in the list: Registering with local library, Look at expert Patient Program online I was too tired to read everything carefully. I said yes, forgot to think about the problem with going to the job centre which means taking 2 buses.

But it is OK because I really can't handle taking it any further to another appeal.

The judge knew roughly how far the bus stop, the tube station and the local shop are, she may have looked it up on google maps or something like it.

Thanks for your help.

Congratulations on the appeal.

It normally takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal result, I would give them a call to make sure that they have received the Decision Notice.
