Yes i did, i went into great detail with regards to when i was diagnoised, all my operations, and so on, the MA did not ask me how any of my issues affect me while he was here. He did the so called strength test, asked about my medications, asked if i went shopping asked if i cooked, asked if i washed and all he wanted was yes and no answers, he would not allow us to go into detail and when we tried he kept saying he would come back to that and he didn't. he states on my form that he had an unsolicited fme letter, he asked if i had any letters, we showed him a few and he asked to keep that one.

I don't know what aids I am supposed to buy or not, I have had OT here and SS and had full medicals from them, as I say, it's not all cut and dry, I have other personal issues that cause pain on just sitting down, and as for braces and boots, they don't stop me suddenly passing out, they only aid in myself from collapsing with my ankle gives me the pain of a break

the assessors form that he has created, disputes virtually everything I placed in my form and states aids would help me walk or go out and about, sure if they didn't cause me significant pain or I needed someone to push my wheelchair. without my wheelchair or a carer I am housebound, it's not a choice. my condition varies, yep from bad to worse, I don't get good days anymore.
