Hi,
I filled in my pip review back in March. Had home visit in June. Still no decision. I called them today and they said it was with a case manager and now moved to a different case manager on 13th August because the first one has gone on leave. They will send the medical report to me but as yet no decision. Is this normal?
Also last year I was moved into the support group of Esa and today I received another form to fill out. I called them as thought it was a mistake and they said it is due for review 13th August. Surely this is not right. It’s not ending.

There has been a definite slow down in all aspects of the PIP process in the last few weeks, I am currently estimating at least a two-week delay and possibly longer, it seems to be primarily due to Summer holidays but it could be the knock-on effect of the 1.6m claims being reviewed.

Thanks Gordon.
With my Esa I was moved into the support group last year and have now received another form to fill in so soon, is that right ? When I was on the wrag group it was 3 years later.
Thanks

ESA reassessments can be done at any time from 3 months after the last Decision to three years. Your last award would have been the result of a Change in your Conditions so a shorter award is not unreasonable on the assumption that there could be further change.
