Re apply for pip was created by Jam09
Hi
I wonder if anyone can help me!
My pip saga began in November 2016 when I first applied and sent of forms, assessed by Atos in December 16 to then be awarded 2 single points.
Cut a long story short. I went through appeal procedure went to the tribunal and was awarded. Enhanced daily living and standard mobility. Although the time it had taken was the date of July 27th 17 so it took 10 months I got award this for 2 years. Skip forward another 11 months to August 18 I was told I could not use the AR 1 form but to submit a whole new claim!!! This is soo destroying and a time consuming prosess! As nothing medically has changed within a few months. Any way I’m now completing my new form ( with the help from the forum ) but one question I can’t seem to find the answer is while sending and submitting all evidence shall I use last years won tribunal award sheet for evidence to prove the points were not award correctly by DWP. and will this help prove that I actually have been awarded the right amount of points by the judge? And not go through this whole
Process again in such a short time.
If anyone can help it will be a great help.

Yes, definitely use the Tribunal Decision as part of your evidence.
Also, think about how you can re-word this PIP2 based on that Tribunal result to avoid the problems you have with your previous claim.
