I had my pip interview a while ago Im not sure it went very well. He was asking me questions about me going out how often I do so whether I go to the Doctors alone or with someone. I was honest and said I stay indoors for a few days and that I sometimes go to the Doctors with someone and sometimes go in alone, but someone always takes me. He asked me if the doseage of narproxen was 100mg and Ii was saying 500mg under my breath, but a voice poped into my head to say 100mg so I did and he said the dose is 500mg and looked at me in a sceptical way I told him that I'd wanted to say that, But a voice said 100mg, so I said that instead and he said ok, but I'm worried he now thinks I'm laying it on. I was asked whether I talk on the phone and I said that some days I cant face people so I don't speak on the phone or answer the door. he asked about my social life and I said how I find it hard to mix with people and how Id tried to go to a group, but I ended up locking myself in the toilet out of anxiety. He asked if I eat breakfast and I said no. as mys tomach does flip flops and he asked if eat luch and I said lunch can be at four oclock as I just cant eat some days. He also asked if I can use a microwave and I said yes I live of microwave meals and toast, as I cant cook, and he asked about shopping and I told him how I'd spent two hundred pounds in two days and how I get to the till and I cant understand how my shopping comes to £50 and that I was asked to get £10 worth of food shopping by a relative and it came to £17 a the till. He then asked me some questions about medication and I told him how I sometimes think I've taken it when I haven't and how someone picks my meds and prescriptions up for me at the Doctors and the pharmacy and how they need to remind me to order them and take them otherwise I need to get a emergency prescription on the day, and then he went on to ask me about getting in the shower and I told him that I find it hard to do that due to motivation and I don't bath for a while and I sleep in the same clothes and how evening with prompting I will just have a quick wash in the shower and that I just don't have the energy to wash my hair as I feel drained, and that the mental health team had said it was lack of motivation. He asked me about speaking to people and I said I find it hard as people get the wrong idea about me due to my facial expression and the fact that I just come out with stuff due to my disorder I have bpd and other mental health issues. I'm not to sure I will qualify can I request the assessor's report or do I have to wait until I get a decision?

You should be able to request a copy of the report now unless you are in Northen Ireland, contact the DWP office dealing with your claim.

thanks they told me they hadn’t received it yet when I rung. I think I’ve probably failed as my condition varies .
