Was awarded pip until 2019 august, today received review form awards form giving me just ten days to complete was wondering has anybody had a review form.

It is standard for PIP awards to be reassessed a year in advance of the award ending.

you can ring them up and ask for an extension if you need a bit more time to fill the form in
