Had My assessors report back MR? was created by charchar12
I've requested my assessors report and she's told alof of lies. Now it says she submitted it 4 days after my f2f at 11pm
How can she remember all the details leaving it this late to complete it her end?
She's put that I'm not currently having treatment - which is wrong I am having 8 weekly chemo injections.
There was a time I paused due to complications for 2 months which was over 2 years ago
She's actually said I haven't been on treatment for 4 'on the due to problems. I don't know where she plucked this from!
Also she details a full physical assessment that NEVER happened
She didn't even ask me? She describes me walking a distance and being in pain but having good up body strength!
She claims that my sister left the room on several occasions and I wasn't anxious so I don't have bad anxiety
(She never left once and I broke down during th essessme t also told her how anxious and panicky I am all the time!
Also states I have no mental health involvement despite saying I have depression I looked fine.
My go wrote in a letter I'm waiting for counceling and my anti depressants have been now increased since the assessment
Assesor said in report - despite me saying things are worse my medication remains the same, which is wrong I'm on more than before? Also says my pain killers are for modulate paid ? The leaflet states moderate to servere?
They have been increase too
I really don't know what to do.
I have only 1 day left to decide if I do an MR but I'm so nervous I'll lose the low rate that I got. But I feel I should have been awarded 12 points on mobility not 10
Also she does say it's clear my condition is Lifelong but recommends a review in 3years. I feel I can't go through this again in 2 years when they review I'm close to breaking down.
Any advice please xx

From a previous post, you implied that you cannot go out, if this is the case then you may not be able to score higher for the Mobility component, being unable to undertake a journey and being unable to follow a route are considered to be mutually exclusive, in simple terms; if you cannot leave the house on the majority of days then the DWP cannot consider any problems that you might have with following a route when out.

Did you expect to score higher for the Daily Living Component and if you did, what for?

I feel I should of had more points for mobility based on my physical limitations alone, due to treatment side effects and further degeneration. Yet I had the same as before?
And she made the whole physical assessment up? I never had a physical assessment she never asked me to do anything.
She even said how the sofa was low but I my occupational therepist had special sofa raisers fitted to support my hip as with the tumour.
The decision maker has made the decision on the assessors report which is so many lies, it looks like she has just gone off an old one.
I have only a day to put a MR in and I don't want to lose my low rate I do appreciate it but I don't feel it's right when my condition physically alone has got worse. I had my Macmillan nurse supporting letter she didn't take in to consideration but I sent it in after. This states stuff that shows her report is wrong. She hasn't mentioned my Jodie my pain following chemo that I am very unwell etc
I have got anxiety and panic attacks which my go things is trauma related due to having so many reoccurrences of this tumour. It does effect me but my physical condition is also worse.
I just am so upset she's lied but will they listen to me x
I'm sorry I'm just so confused why an assessor would just make stuff up x

So you think you should have scored for the Moving Around activity? Can you show that on the majority of days that your walking is limited to less than 200m?

PIP requires a limitation to have existed for 3 months and to be reasonably likely to continue for a further nine months, so it is possible that the effects of your chemo are being treated as temporary.

My mobility has been very limited since my first diagnosis , I am on number 4 of a very rare tumour that requires specialist treatment over 130 miles away every 8 weeks
This is the only treatment available and as the tumour is in my bone of my hip it has caused me perminant damage which my oncologist acknowledges on more than one letter.

The assessor didn't even do a physical but instead made one up. She has at the end acknowledged that my condition is 'lifelong and unlikely to improve' she also notes that it's vey complex

It looks like she has just followed an old assessment which would have been before my last surgery, new reoccurrence and new therapy which has given me many more functional limitations.
i scored 10 points again, I had said my mobility is worse. She hasn't said that she's seen me do more than 20 just said it's likely she can but takes time. Xxx

I've raised the issues that you will need to deal with to score higher, you need to decide whether you reasonably meet these requirements and therefore whether it makes sense to do an MR or not.
