Going to Tribunal for PIP was created by Louise5656
I have done the mandatory reassessment and still they don't listen so I have filled in the paperwork to ask to go to tribunal.
Can anyone please help me how to do this? Do I also write a letter to them saying that nobody is listening to me? I need my car so I am going to the tribunal to get the enhanced mobility. I have been given the standard for both daily living and mobility. It's as if the don't read even the professional medical proof and they just cut and paste each others previous comments
So any help will be gratefully received

The PIP Appeal guide has links to the SSCS1 form that you will need to complete and the Submissions guide has a complete example that you can use to help you fill it in, you do not need to provide detailed reasons at this stage for your request.

Once your appeal is accepted the DWP will prepare their submission to the hearing and send you a copy, whilst you should wait until you receive this to finish and submit your own, you should start to prepare your own case, an increased award will only be made by your showing that you score the extra points for one, so I would start by going back through your PIP2, the assessment report and the PIP Claim guide to see how you might show this is the case.

If you have further questions then please reply to this post and we will do our best to help.

Thank You Gordon
I have completed the SSCS1 form and the Court has sent me confirmation.
Does having and needing a sat nav in the car class as an aid?
Do I need a representative with me in court as I have read that some do have them and others say you don't need one?
Thank you

A Sat Nav is not counted as an aid for the purposes of PIP.

A Representative can make a big difference at an appeal but you may struggle to find one, do an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county.
