hi Gordon

thanks for the reply. i just had my tribunal hearing for pip. it was horrible. there was 3 on the panel and they also said someone from the department was sitting in also. I just wondering what department this person was from

It would have been a DWP Presenting Officer.

I think you are getting ahead of yourself worrying about POs when you haven't even completed the form yet :)

If there is a PO at any future appeal and I stress the "if" then they will have knowledge of ESA.
