we're preparing a written submission, detailing the grounds for PIP appeal to tribunal and need help in wording the conclusion. Among other misgivings, HP never offered me a physical assessment but wrote that I refused it as one of the reasons for every single descriptor, whether relevant or not. I told her that I was having a bad day and that physical exertion makes me ill. Now she uses it against me. Surely can't be taken as refusal to conduct an assessment because she never offered one.
My question is how do we word it that she basically lied, but in matter-of-fact way, without coming across as rude or accusatory? Thank you.
