hi had my pip assement on 24 th aug got no reply from dwp yet but got my assement from capta sent to me where do i start she lied from when we walk in he was observed to hand over his id using a pinch grip my wife handed it over? /he maintained eye contact he appeaared nourished i am 19st / he was observed to use his upper limbs/hand throughout the assessment without restrictions never haded any thing over /he was observed to twist his body bring his chin to his chest /turn his neck and body and look behind /put his hand behind his head/put his hands behine his backable to grip and maintain pinch grip against resistance none off this was ask or done / my wife told her she take to do all with my medicatios as i would forget to takeit or would take to many asser said it likel that he can take his medicarions to an acceptable standard / told her that i dont do ant cooking due to the fact that ihave left cooker on many time and have burnt my self was ask could i make a sandwich i said no as i had cut myself was ask could i work a micwave said no she said he can follow simple instruction he can recongnise when meat is cooked and recognise when a cooker is hot and dangerous he can go and get a snack with out prompting he can prepare a meal unaided safeiy / told her my wife has to help me in and out off bath wash my hair and wash my lower body and upper body and she said can wash unaided to an acceptable standard / need help wiit dressing and undressing gussee whathe can dress unaided / said i need support from my wife to engage with other people she said can engage with other people unaided if my wife was did not come with me i would have not turn up my wife was my aid /told her my wife make all budgeting decisions she ask me did i knew what a 10 pound look like i said yes so she said i can make complex budgeting decisions unaided/ she said i could move around more than 200 metres after she said i was to walk 20 metres with light support of an aid at a normal pace and steady gait x2 this never happen as from the door in reception is about 4 metres to a seat sat for 10 mins then asked to go to her office which was about 5 meters and at all times i was in pain he was obseved to sit/stand x 3 time unaided without restriction is my walking stick not a aid as i said was in pain all the time as for sitting and standing 3 time 1st sit reception 2nd sit her office so were did the 3rd one come from as i decline to stand up and bend my knee or touch my or toes becasuse it would be painfull / told her i needed help to follow the route of a famillar journey without another person she asked me if she was to drive me to my doctor could i direct her i said no she said that he can plan and follow a journey unaided i have been diagnosed osteoartrtis and depression and anxiety this affect me every day made the mistake on saying to use medical reports they had all reddy had a eas medical asser said overall severe functional are likely relating to his mental health suggesting little to no change from previous assessnents the AVAILABLE EVIDENCE suggests inprovenment is unlikely in the longer term

hi forgot to say i also suffer from high blood pressure i am on 4 differents tablets for it she asked me did i know when my blood pressure was high as my my doctor said you cant tell if it high without doing a test so i said no so she put down this dose not affect him?
