J: Could it be to do with Blue Badge use? I know from a friend who works in the local authority that they get photo evidence of suspected abusers (not that I'm, suggesting that in your case - errors are made).
No, I don't think it's that, it's never abused and doesn't explain why take photo's outside my own hose, drive and my parents drive? So, no don't think it's them. But thank you for any help.
