HI,
I am a new member and unsure if you can help. I am currently writting a submission for a tribunal, which I have to say wouldn't be half as good if it wasn't for this site!
I have one question which I am hoping you would be able to help me with.
In my submission i was going to state that the reason I am fighting the higher rate mobility part of my PIP award is that I am due to lose my car through n fault of my own ( it is a lease car a due to go back and I am unable to lease another due to going through a DRO) without the use of a car I would loose my job and become housebound as I do not live close to any local transport. Should I put in the subbision that I am due to lose my car. Apologies if I shouldn't be asking this question but I don't know who else to ask.

It is certainly worth your explaining the impact that not having an Enhanced award will have on you but understand that this will not be accepted as a reason for you receiving that award, this can only be done by your showing that you meet the criteria.
