just wanted to ask what happens if they completely get the spelling of your name wrong during the asseors report is it a trick to catch one out on the front page of the report my name and ni number was correct but throughout my report my name was completely wrong my name is Jacqueline but they called me captain very worried

Just wanted to know what happens if assessor spells ur name wrong throughout report my name is Jacqueline but throughout report they called me captain I am paranoid they have my full name on front of report and correct NI number
