ESA Assessments and Incapacity beneift migrations

I read something by 'Action for ME''s benefit adviser (InterAction Autumn 2018 p21) saying that DWP is going to ensure that everyone who has been migrated from Incapacity benefit, and has not so far had an assessment for ESA, will be called for one when their ESA is next reviewed.

i don't recall seeing anything about this on here and you guys generally pick up on things like this, but I haven't been very well and may have missed it - can anyone throw any light on this ?

I am particularly concerned as my ESA was due for review in May (and I've never had an assessment) but I still haven't heard from them and am wondering if the delay is due to them having to do a whole extra load of assessments.

TIA

I have not heard of this nor seen comment on the Welfare Rights site, it's not impossible that it is correct but it is not a trend we have seen reported on the forum.
