ESA result but.... was created by nonsmoker2008
Hi,

Just wanted to say I finally got my ESA IR result (15 weeks after initial application), Support Group without F2F, entirely thanks to all the guides and advice here, but have a couple of questions please:

1) Should there be an end or review date noted on the result?

2) I never got a phone call from them with the result either, just the letter. I had heard people generally get called with the outcome... or am I confusing it with PIP?

Thank you

Very pleased for you, well done.

ESA is an indefinite award with scheduled reassessment, as such, there is no award length or reassessment date as part of the Decision and that is why it is not included in the Decision Letter. If you contact the DWP office dealing with your claim then they can tell you when the process is likely to start again.

Whilst some members have reported receiving a phone call to tell them of a positive result, they usually only phone when the claimant has failed to receive an award.
