Hello,
I wonder if you can help me, i have ESA and PIP, my PIP is valid untill 2019.
1. Do i have to go through ESA/PIP medical assessment again for UC which go live in our area in November/December 2018.
If UC goes live in our area in November/December 2018,
when roughly you think my medical assessment will due if any?

Nobody is being moved to UC unless they have to make a new claim for one of the benefits that come under the UC umbrella, at the moment I would expect your ESA to be reassessed as ESA, whenever that will be. If you don't know, then you can contact the DWP office dealing with your claim.
PIP is not a UC benefit. If your award was more than two years then it is going to be reassessed a year in advance of the award ending, so based on your post, later this year.

Thank you for your reply, i am currently receiving housing benefit. If i need to move to a different property wethher in my same area/council or different area/council, is that consider as new claim and i have to move to UC as HB comes under UC umbrella?

If you move in the same LA then it should be an amendment to your existing HB claim, if you move to a new LA then it will be a new claim and this could trigger a claim for UC.

Thank you Gorden for your reply, if i move to a different LA which could trigger UC, do i have to go through medical assassment again or just transfer ESA to UC without another medical assassment? Iam in SG with SDP, CB ESA. Many thanks in advace

Any existing ESA award will be moved across to UC although it is a manual process and can take a couple of weeks.
Please be aware, if you are migrated to UC at the moment then you will lose payment of the SD Premium, there are moves to correct this but they are unlikely to be in place for a couple of months.
