Pip tribunal refused me a pip award was created by Gail
Am I the only one on here that has been refused my pip at tribunal and I followed your advice columns to the t not happy at all I'm ill we several illnesses my mental health is extremely bad at the minute and I'm lost we what to do now seems changing jobs to a lighter job has gone against me and soon as I sat down knew I'd lost they just said have u applied for esa when I work they knew decision before I even entered room

You do have to option of an appeal to the Upper Tier Tribuna but you can only appeal further on the basis of an Error of LAw, not because you disagree with the actual Decision.
What is an Error of Law?
The first stage to this is to request a Statement of Reasons from the Judge in charge of your hearing.

I have sent letter to request reasons I felt like I was being accused of lying and seem to go against me since I changed jobs but thought they had to do it from when I put first claims in I'm so upset n angry I have illnesses not from own doing n can't get any help at all
