Poor you. Do as Gordon says and read the advice about the interviews. I hope that you have someone with you. If you do - they are allowed to talk for you. My friend talked more than I did, as I was too exhausted when I had mine. Try and stay calm though I know this can be a challenge. Don't try and put on 'your best face' - just be as you would normally.
