Hello
First time posting so forgive me if I make any mistakes
I am awaiting new date for my appeal as first one was adjourned as not all my medical records had been received, already been waiting 13 months since this all began. I was getting standard care for anxiety and depression but because I went back to work I got 0 points after review
Anyway my question is I did tell the acsessor that one of my problems I have is I won’t eat in front of people and I have a fear of choking so I take longer to eat as I have to really chew my food before I can swallow, should I receive points for this ? But there is no mention of this. Her response to every question is because I worked and can drive I have no problems with anything. I have lots of questions but thought I would start with this one..

I will be honest and say that I think you will struggle to score for this.

Whilst you must be able to eat reliably and this includes terms such as eating to a necessary and appropriate standard and in a timely manner, your major problem is that your issue does not fall under any of the Descriptors for this activity.

The closest one might be your needing Prompting but you do not mention a requirement for this and even if you did it would need to be supported by medical evidence of a condition which would cause this, which again you do not mention.
