Thanks Gordon yes I read sanctioned by a health profession ,could this be my consultant and if working for myself which I have done in the past does not mean I have to volunteer as I plan to work from home. I feel this is the only way I could manage my illness without attending voluntary work , as my day has to be paced which I do with a specific pacing diary under the clinic to help me, plus working from home which means I can use the very thing that I have trained in my professional career to help me, and this would be backed up by medical professions who support me. Thanks Mike for your comment also but I dont see how I could do voluntarily and I really feel I hopefully will move forward and set up my business again slowly, if the rules of ESA PW rules allow for certain amount of earning is it best not to be positive and start earning so as to help with set up costs of business again and then if I manage to work without set back in the long run it means I can withdraw claim for ESA.

Forgot to add I did not qualify by substantial risk , stored high points. I feel strongly that I have to get across my line of work as a health professional, with a BSC Hons degee, 20 years of health professional training and the fact I have worked withing the NHS would benefit my management and state of mind, which I could blind them with the science of my health condition and things needed to manage it ....... when assessed ,this hopefully would lead to work again. Im just trying to be very positive so I can use as much information to help the DWP understand what I would do without them causing me financial hardship while trying to move forward.

I have just found this out on disability rights website. PW can be done as part treatment programme under medical supervision, self employed work can be done for 26 weeks as test-trading or work would be so minimal it is regarded as trivial or negligible. This would be an ideal start in my case
