My Brother , who I care for , is in receipt of ESA & PIP , no other Benefits He. will reach official retirement age in early 2021 . I read of forced Migration from ESA to UC , surely so close to retirement he will be left alone ? I apologise if I have asked this before - just feel insecure.
I'm afraid the legislation controlling who will be moved has not been put into law yet so there is no way to know if your brother will be affected or not.
