DLA TO PIP was created by brian cunliffe
I WAS SENT THE APLICATION FORM FOR PIP FILLED IT IN AND POSTED IT RECORDED DELIVERY I THEN RECIEVED A LETTER FROM PIP SAYING I HADNT GIVE THEM THE INFORMATION REQUIRED SO YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO PIP I EXPLAINED I HAD SENT THE FOR RECORDED AND SIGNED FOR SO THEY REINSTATED MY DLA AND SENT ME ANOTHER PIP APPLICATION SO I FILLED IT IN AND SENT I WAITED 10 DAYS AND CONTACTED PIP AGAIN EXPLAINED I HAD PAID FOR RECORDED DELIVERY SO I GAVE THEM THE CODE AND WAS INFORMED THAT IT HAD BEEN SIGNED FOR SO WAITED ABOUT 7 DAYS AND CONTACTED PIP AGAIN TO BE INFORMED THEY COULD NOT FIND THE FORM THEY THEN SAID NOT TO WORRY THEY WOULD JUST SEND ME FOR ASESSMENT IS THIS NORMAL PRACTICE THEY LOST MY INFORMATION HOW WILL THEY HAVE THE RIGHT PROFESIONAL TRAINED IN MY FIELD HAS I HAVE SEVERAL HEALTH PROBLEMS

Please don't post in capitals apart from being difficult to read it causes problems for members using screen reading software.
Did you keep a copy of your PIP2? You could send a copy directly to the Assessment Provider in advance of the appointment.
