hi all i am new to this and just became a member jon friend of mine has mental health promlems walking due ostero arthritis and lots of other promlems he was called for a i u c on the 2nd sept they had vidio of him walking unaided working getting cash in hand etc he had a solictor with him to say no comment during the interview jon ask his solictor to stop the interview as he hears voices his mental health was getting worse did his solictor said that john was not going to ans anything the still went through all his claims starting in 1994 the whole thing terrible do we phone the dwp to see whats going on as his health is terrible only thinks of going to jail

I would get the solicitor to contact the DWP and get your friend John to seek help from his gp with his health problems at this stressful time.

he should have an appropriate adult with him, I used to be an appropriate adult who would sit with kids whilst in interview to ensure he they are dealt with fairly, have a look for appropriate adult for vulnerable adults on line. and contact one of them for him.
