Just found a link detailing the qualifying criteria used by the DWP in granting ESA. May be useful for anyone claiming or appealing!!!

Hi CD,
I keep getting the message from my computer that the version of Adobe/Acrobat that I'm using won't open the pdf file you've provided the link to. Could you please tell me which version you're using and how I would obtain a copy of it please?

I am using Adobe Reader version 9.2 which works fine for me.
