TOPIC: ESA

ESA 7 years 9 months ago #13520

Hi

I had my medical at the end of June and was placed in the work group. The WFHRA was never carried out and one has never been done and passed to my pathways to work adviser.

Now i have received another questionaire to fill out and it states that i may need to attend another medical.

Is this usual.

Thanks

Marisa

The frequency of the WCAs are determined by what the disability analyst records on the ESA85 form as to when it is likely that a return to work may be considered? It may be the case that this was determined as a period of six months, and as such this is the reason you have received another questionnaire?

Insofar as the WFRHA arises, it is anybody's guess as to what has happened to this assessment? Only Atos in their infinite wisdom will be aware of the reason why it was never carried out?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
