Hi, I've just been diagnosed as having prostate cancer and a problem with my bladder and as a result will have to have the prostate removed sometime in the new year. At times I don't feel to well and feel some discomfort. I'm also due to have operations on both hands as I have dupuytrens contracture. Having recieved the dreaded ESA50 form and read through it,it seems to me, that when I have answered all the questions, it will appear that there is nothing wrong with me. This is all getting very stressfull. I would be grateful for any opinions and advice. Thanks Brian.

Without knowing the extent of your cancer treatment or the medical condition dupuytrens contracture, would part 1 section 6 and/or section 10 of the ESA50 form not meet with your current circumstances?
