can anyone tell me when you go for your medical examination does the person have your ESA50 form with them or a copy and should he have takin into concideration what i have put on it

Hi,

The answers are Yes and Yes. The health professional should have a copy of your questionnaire and they should take into account its contents.

thank you on the computor print out he said i denied haveing any problems with my bladder control on my ESA50 i explain that i have such problem regula this tells me he didnt concider other documentation

seen my solisitor to day to go threw my ESA appeal she laughed when she read it i got 6 points for depression and nothing for my main reason disc problems i have provided reports from the surgeon and my GP both agree it has got worse from MRI in 2004 and the person who done my medical said i have no problems and should return to work within 3 months and said in his report i denied any problems with incontenance its in the EAS50 and the report from surgeon talk about get stitched up this is funny in the report states had difficalty bending opposit page no problem bending i feel ive done something wrong i cant help haveing what i have and feel like iam the lier

Hi:)

First off, you haven't done anything wrong, there's nothing to feel bad about and your not a liar.

It is the system that is at fault not you.

The system, the points system has been cleverly designed so that as many people as possible can be put back to work irrespective of their mental or physical health.

Try not to take the decision personally because what is happening to you is also happening to lots of other people too.

The only thing that is the matter with is that you are sick.
