TOPIC: ESA,

Re:ESA, 7 years 8 months ago #13891

I think i'd also be very interested in the 2 days to contact them to arrange the medical , as i have heard of this a few times before(and seen the letter) . And as to what happpens if you do not contact them in 2 days.
"Today I receive another letter from Atos asking to arrange an appointment for another medical, I can't get through to them but it says i have 2 days from the letter to do it so now confused!"

2 days notice when they can take upto 7 months to sort a claim out ? hmmmmmm. If ESA was a contract then this would be deemed an unfair term.

Hi Ricardo

Look on page 1 one of this post and you will see Steve's answer to this question.

Also further down another member lists a phone number they used to get through to someone about their medical.

Best Wishes

Hi Rich,

I entirely agree.

Could anyone scan and email a copy of one of these letters as we'd like to pursue this matter. Please feel free to remove your personal details from the letter.
