TOPIC: ESA Tribunal Hearing - update

ESA Tribunal Hearing - update 7 years 7 months ago #14115

Just a note to say that I won my appeal at the Tribunal yesterday - the relief is immense!

Thanks to the people on this website who have helped, and also to Rethink - without support from them, there's no way I would - or could - have gone to it on my own. It is so encouraging to know that there are people out there who understand, and can and will help, because the current system is treating (some) genuine cases appallingly - guilty until proven innocent!

I'll be looking to help where I can too, because I'm passionate about justice, and want to repay the kindness I've been shown...

Hi Asian,

We're very pleased that you won your appeal, and glad that we were of some help.

Thank you for getting back to us to let us know, it gives encouragement to others in a similar position.

On behalf of Steve and the moderating team, we wish you all the very best for Christmas & New Year :)

Kind regards.

Jim
