TOPIC: Income Support/DLA HRC/Sick Notes

Income Support/DLA HRC/Sick Notes 7 years 4 months ago #14570

  • njalondon
Hi, I won my appeal for Income Support late last year and my claim has been fully reinstated (as I'm now PCA exempt) what do I do about sending in sicknotes? At what point will i no longer need to send them in, my claim has been active now for about 15 months.

Hi,

If you won your appeal, once the DWP were aware they normally would have written to tell you no more sick notes are required.

It would be worth ringing the office dealing with your claim to see what the situation is.
