Hi,just a quick question.Assuming i win my appeal for ib,do the tribunal decide when the next review will be.Or will the review be decided on the report by the atos nurse which led to my ib being stopped.Regards.

If you win your IB appeal, normally the tribunal will not make a decision on the review date. This is entirely disadvantageous to the appellant/claimant, as it means that the DWP/Atos can recommence the PCA at any time they choose. In effect, having won your appeal, you could be subject to the review procedure immediately.
