Hi Lorraine,

I'm pretty new to these forums and have found some invaluable information here. I am so sorry to hear the awful time your brother is going through.

I wondered if anyone has heard of WRAMAS? A friend of mine who is physically and mentally disabled received a home visit from them and the outcome was more than favourable. I'm not sure which criteria if any you need to meet for them to be able to assist you, but if you obtain their help it could be very benificial for you.

I've been looking for there website, but can only find this link.

These people seem to quite persistant in dealing with the DWP and DLA claims

Hope it helps in someway

-Marie

I forgot to say as I was suffering from severe med induced brain fog last night, that the home visit from WRAMAS was to help him fill out his DLA form, they are welfare specialists and not doctors in anyway :)
