Just read through this on the front page. Does anyone know exactly what descriptors have been stripped from the upcoming WCA. Specifically the Learning tasks section? This is the section that exempts you from the work ativites group isn't it (on mental health grounds)?

The comparisons can be made by referring to this document ESA activities, descriptors and points and the proposed WCA descriptors in this publication Work Capability Assessment Internal Review (Addendum) .

There are no automatic ESA exemptions for mental health problems.

Ok, thanks. One last question. If I was covered by step 6 in your guide(link below) would I be exempt from the work related activities?

The section to which you refer is Reg 29 of the ESA legislation, and whether you would be exempt from work-related activities, would very much depend on the nature of your illness/disability which may need to be assessed by a disability analyst.
