DLA Success. ESA gone to appeal was created by Sufferer

Today I received confirmation of my DLA award. I got higher mobility and lower care until 2012. A medical doctor, who carried out my medical for DLA and came to my home, assessed my condition (Fibromyalgia and Osteo Arthritis) as being debilitating. A registered nurse, who carried out my "Mickey Mouse" ESA medical, awarded no points and deemed me fit for work. I now await an appeal date. There is an irony in there somewhere. Thanks to all at Benefits and Work for all the advice.
