ESA letter, wrong name? was created by sue615
Hi,

An update and a question really. I finally received letter from ESA... nil points. No surprises there, however the letter that came today awarding me nil points had my address, my national insurance number but is in a mans name. I have rang them and they say they are going to ring me back today...won't hold my breath. How can I take that letter to a tribunal? and more worrying could they have used his medical for my score?
Anyone has any ideas or advice I would appreciate it.

Many thanks

Sue

If you go to tribunal, you'll get a copy of the decision and the medical report, so you'll be able to point out any discrepancies, which should help your case, but with any luck this will turn out to be a mix up and you'll find you've got some points. Fingers crossed.

Hi Survivor,
Thanks for the reply, I have a copy of the atos report and it states Squat and rise "reduced to less than half way" yet the same on the esa letter gave me no points? Hopefully you are right, if/when they call me back hopefully they can provide an answer to that. Of course there are other contradictions but I think just that one should get me enough points.
Will update when I have any news, thanks again.
